Yay! I am alive. This is a great feeling. I am healthy. This is an even better feeling. If I was sick, I would still be happy to be alive, but being alive and healthy is an absolutely splendiferous feeling.

I hope you are healthy, too. But even if you are not, I hope you are glad to be alive. Because as long as you are alive, you can choose what to do and how to feel. You can choose to feel wonderful.

I hope you have made that choice today. If not, please take a moment to choose to feel wonderful. And you have to really mean it, because empty words won't make you feel good…in fact, they might have just the opposite effect.
